Our Process of Pre-Construction.

Discovery

The first thing we need to do is find out what your major goals are for your project. We will schedule a site visit and ask you some important questions about your vision and your optimal timeline. The more material choices you have ready, design concepts you have established, the quicker we can move on to Analysis.

Analysis

After a site visit and a full understanding of the scope of the project including material choices which have been made, we conduct a complex analysis of your project. This may include preliminary talks with the city about permitting, and/or a structural engineer about your structure. This process, depending on scope, design work and project management, may require a Pre-Construction Agreement.

Gathering information about your project and qualifying the criteria to deliver your project takes time, coordination, diligent communication and resources.

Strategy Design

Here is where your project starts to take life. Depending on the structure, you will receive engineered build plans and permit scheduling. After approval of all deliverable plans, scope and acceptance of the Home Improvement Contract, we construct and deliver a full Proposal.

Implementation

At this point, we have handled the formalities and arrived at the point where we can deliver your project ON TIME, and WITHIN BUDGET. Let’s build something special.
